Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ydn.rest (the “Service”), operated by YDN Technologies Ltd (company no. 01010870, a company limited by shares incorporated under RAK Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), Government of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates) (“we”, “us”). By connecting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ydn.rest provides Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors that let you manage your marketing accounts (such as Google Ads) through an AI assistant. Features include reporting, account audits, and creating or changing campaigns and settings at your direction.

Eligibility & authorization

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may only connect marketing accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the actions you approve through the Service, including any campaign changes and the resulting advertising spend charged by the underlying platforms (e.g. Google Ads). The Service is designed to require your explicit approval before making changes, and proposals are suggestions only — you decide what to apply. Keep your credentials and access secure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach security or access accounts you are not authorized to use, no interfering with or overloading the Service, and no use that violates the terms of the connected platforms.

Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms and APIs (such as Google Ads) that have their own terms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular advertising results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YDN Technologies Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied within RAK Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts), which have exclusive jurisdiction.
