This Privacy Policy explains how YDN Technologies Ltd (company no. 01010870, a company limited by shares incorporated under RAK Digital Assets Oasis (RAK DAO), Government of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ydn.rest (the “Service”) — a set of Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors that let you manage your marketing accounts (such as Google Ads) through an AI assistant like Claude.

Information we collect

Account & identity. When you connect the Service we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) to create and authenticate your account, via our authentication provider.

Google user data. If you connect Google Ads, you grant access to the Google Ads API (the adwords scope). We access your Google Ads accounts and their campaign, keyword, and performance data only to provide the Service — to show you reports and to create or change campaigns, budgets, and settings that you request. We store an encrypted OAuth refresh token so the connection persists until you disconnect.

Data you provide. Per-account guidelines you enter during setup (e.g. brand voice, budgets, target locations) and any preferences you configure.

Generated data. Audit reports and proposals the Service generates from your account data.

How we use information

We use the information solely to operate and provide the Service: authenticating you, connecting to your marketing accounts, generating reports and proposals, and carrying out the actions you explicitly approve. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models.

Google API Services — Limited Use

ydn.rest’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service, do not transfer it except as necessary to provide those features (or for security, legal, or with your consent), and do not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed: hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, and the AI assistant you choose to connect (for example, your own Claude client, to which your data flows at your direction). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. OAuth refresh tokens and client secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). We restrict access to production data and use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which revokes our token. To delete your account and associated data, email us at enquiries@ydntech.com and we will delete it, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
